How to Get Started?

Whether you need kitchen time, storage space, or food truck parking, just choose what fits your needs and complete your reservation online—no complicated applications or lengthy requirements. Our process is designed to be quick and hassle-free, so you can focus on your business. If you need any help or have questions, our customer service team is ready to assist. Can I See the Kitchen Before Renting?

Absolutely! You can take a virtual tour on our website to explore the space in detail. If you prefer an in-person visit, you can schedule an hour-long access reservation online. While we don’t have a fixed tour schedule, this allows you to see the facility at your convenience.

How do I get inside the kitchen?

Once your order is confirmed, you’ll receive a detailed email with everything you need to know. This includes important instructions, a list of what to bring, our house rules and terms of use, and a unique access code for the east entrance. When you arrive, a reserved parking spot will be waiting for you right by the door—no need to search for parking. Simply enter your code into the lock, step inside, and the kitchen is ready for you to use!

What’s Included in the hourly kitchen rental & what to bring

In addition to the amenities listed with each rental, we provide shared access to restrooms, three-compartment sinks, handwashing stations, a dumpster, a broom and a mop. For the best experience, we recommend bringing your own cleaning supplies, including paper towels, rags, food-safe cleansers, wire brushes, scrapers, grill bricks, personal cooking utensils, small appliances, and ingredients. Refrigeration, dry storage, and freezer space can be selected as part of your plan. You can also be reserve more space for an additional fee.

Are monthly packages available?

Our kitchen rentals are available on an hourly basis, giving you the flexibility and control to use the space as needed without long-term commitments. We understand that every food business operates differently, so this option allows you to book only the time and resources required. If you’re looking for long-term storage solutions, we also offer monthly rentals for both dry and cold storage.

Are bulk rates or discounts available?

We are committed to offering high-quality, affordable kitchen space at a fair price that reflects the value of our services. While we do not offer bulk rates we often run discounts and run occasional promotions/specials. If you’d like to stay informed about any upcoming deals that may suit your needs, we can add you to our text notification list so you’ll be the first to know!

What type of power is available for small appliances?

Each station is equipped with dedicated 20-amp outlets to accommodate small appliances. Additional outlets in the kitchen are available, but usage requires prior approval. Please reach out to us if you need to confirm outlet availability for your specific equipment.

Am I allowed to bring my own large appliance?

Given the limited space and power available, any large appliances or specialty equipment must be approved by management before being brought into the kitchen.

Is on-site dry storage available?

We offer on-site dry storage based on the package you select. Your storage is limited to the designated space or rack, so please ensure everything fits within your allocated area.

Is cold storage available on-site?

We offer several walk-in coolers and spacious walk-in freezers available for rent to accommodate your storage needs.

Are customers able to pick up their meals directly from the kitchen?

Our facility is secure with limited parking. While clients can pick up meals, you must be present and deliver orders outside to them. For the respect and safety of all chefs working, customers are not permitted to enter the kitchen.

Is there a minimum reservation time required for the kitchen?

Kitchen rentals are available in one-hour increments, with a minimum reservation of one hour.

Are contracts required to get started?

We do not require long-term contracts. Storage and parking are billed on a month-to-month basis, while kitchen rentals are charged by the hour.

How do I schedule an inspection with the health department or UDAF?

Once you’ve completed your paperwork with the Salt Lake County Health Department or the Utah Department of Agriculture and Food, they will need to schedule an inspection of our kitchen. We recommend reserving one of our stations online for an hour during your inspection to ensure you have access to the building.

What happens if I exceed the time I reserved online?

We understand that plans can change. If there is no booking after yours, you’re welcome to extend your time as needed. However, additional hours will be charged, and we ask that you coordinate with management to settle the payment for the extra time.

TRUCK INFORMATION

Do you have parking?

Yes, we offer on-site indoor and outdoor reserved parking spaces with individually dedicated 20 or 30 amp electrical circuits designed for food trucks. The lot is secure, video monitored, and accessible through a gate.

Do you have a grey water dump?

Yes, we have a grey water dump station available for your convenience. Easy drive up and drop access.

Do you have propane on site?

Yes, we offer on-site propane sales for your convenience.

Do you have access to ice machines?

Yes, we provide ice for a fee to keep your ingredients and drinks cold when you need it.

Do you have dumpsters?

Yes, we have dumpsters available for easy and convenient waste disposal.
